A: Simple items like banners or yard signs are often ready in a few days. Custom fabricated or illuminated signs take longer since they’re built to order — usually a few weeks depending on complexity and permitting. We’ll give you a specific timeline once we know the scope.

Q: What happens after I submit a quote request?

A: We typically respond within one business day. From there, we’ll talk through your project, send a proof before anything gets printed or fabricated, and won’t move to production until you approve the design.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: New installations are covered for workmanship defects, and for power supplies and lighting components during the highest-risk early period after install (excludes Acts of God or external damage). If something we built or installed isn’t right, we make it right.
